Theme DesignI was invited to design a theme for the Taobao app, Asia's biggest online shopping platform. These icons can add a touch of whimsy and personality to the app and have become one of the most popular themes, quickly reaching over 20,000 users.
InspirationThe colourful and fun Y2K style inspires these icons. These icons feature bright pastel colours that will brighten up any design and retro shapes reminiscent of the iconic Nokia phone, trendy sunglasses, and adorable childish hair clips.

I drew inspiration from the playful and nostalgic vibes, infusing it with a modern twist. The result is a set of icons that perfectly captures the essence of the early 2000s while maintaining a fresh and contemporary feel.
